Surah Ya-Sin · Ayah 82
إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.
