Surah Ya-Sin · Ayah 70
لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ
To warn whoever is alive and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers.
