Surah Ya-Sin · Ayah 10
وَسَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.
