Surah Sad · Ayah 36

فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ

So We subjected to him the wind blowing by his command, gently, wherever he directed,
