Surah At-Takwir · Ayah 19
إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ
[That] indeed, it [i.e., the Qur’ān] is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger [i.e., Gabriel]
