Surah Ar-Ra'd · Ayah 39
يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ
Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
