Surah Al-Mutaffifin · Ayah 29
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَ
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
