Surah Al-Maarij · Ayah 40
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
